First stop: Biester Palace

Second stop: Pena Palace
Pena Palace is the most popular palace in Sintra, and probably in all of Portugal. The vivid shades of yellow, red and lavender from the towers of this romantic palace travel the world.

palace complex, the Serra de Sintra and the beautiful sea on the horizon!
Third Stop: Praia das Maçãs
Praia das Maçãs is a must stop, especially during the summer.
And you're in luck because the Sintra Tramway started running again this Tuesday, June 27th. The route connects the village to Praia das Maças and passes through the region's typical romantic landscapes, flowers and monuments. The tram travels around 11 kilometers, in a trip that lasts 45 minutes and each ticket is 3 euros.
Fourth Stop: Cabo da Roca
About 150 meters above sea level, Cabo da Roca is the westernmost point of mainland Europe.
From here you can enjoy beautiful landscapes, such as the Serra de Sintra and the coast and finish the day with a beautiful sunset.
