Description
The Tour starts by one of the most romantic palaces of Europe, the Palace of Pena. This XIX century Royal Summer Palace is famous for its unique architecture as well as its exotic gardens riddled with viewpoints that look over the mountain range and the Atlantic Ocean.
You will then continue the tour by visiting the medieval Town of Sintra where you will have the opportunity to walk in the historical town center, try the local pastry “Travesseiros” and “Queijadas” and enjoy the local gastronomy as we make our stop for lunch.
After lunch we you will head West until Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of the European Continent where you will marvel at the impressive natural landscape of “The Place Where The Land Ends And The Sea Begins”.
The Tour finishes with the marvelous beach Town of Cascais, the chosen place of residence of some of Europe’s high society, and even some Royal Families in exile, famous for its fishing ports and exquisite beaches.
