Cancellation / prepayment:
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type. Please check what conditions may apply to each option when making your selection.

No Shows & Shortening stay:
In case of a No Show, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged.
If you require to shorten your stay while staying with us, a penalty of 1 night is applicable. Additional nights will be fully refunded.

Security Deposit
Upon check-in you will be required to supply a 40€ security deposit / guarantee as a Pre-Authorisation on your card or in Cash. This deposit can be used to cover extra services like Transfers, Tours, Laundry, Mini bar, etc. The non consumed amount will be refunded on the day of check-out.
Please note that in case the deposit is supplied in cash, your room will be inspected right upon check out.

Child policies:
Children of any age are welcome.
Children aged 13 years and above are considered adults at this property.
To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.

Cot and extra bed policies:
Baby cot can be added at no extra cost. There may be restrictions to the room category.

There is no capacity for extra beds at this property.

Pets:
Pets are allowed up to 15 Kg and subject to Hotel approval prior arrival as a limited amount of rooms for Pets is available.
To guarantee a comfortable stay for you and your pet, we highly recommend bookings with pet at our Family and/or Deluxe Family Rooms.
A mandatory supplement of 15€ per night per room will be applied for additional cleaning.
It is not allowed to leave Pets alone in the room.
Access to breakfast area is not permitted with Pets but we have in Room Breakfast option.
A security deposit of 100€ will be charged at Check in as a guarantee and returned up on check-out if no damages were detected.

Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, American Express. Hotel Luena accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
